CAMBRIDGE AUDIO X MAHARISHI COLLECTION LAUNCHES WITH TURNTABLE AND TRUE WIRELESS EARPHONES

Cambridge Audio and Maharishi have unveiled their first joint project, bringing together over 50 years of British HiFi expertise with a brand rooted in UK design and music culture.

The Cambridge Audio Maharishi collection introduces special editions of the Alva ST turntable and Melomania A100 true wireless earphones.

CAMBRIDGE AUDIO MAHARISHI ALVA ST TURNTABLE

The Alva ST, reimagined for this collection, is designed for home listening. It features built-in Bluetooth aptX HD, an integrated phono stage, an advanced tonearm with detachable headshell, and a belt-drive chassis engineered to reduce vibration.

Cambridge Audio describes the Alva ST as a turntable that balances traditional vinyl warmth with modern convenience.

CAMBRIDGE AUDIO MAHARISHI MELOMANIA A100 EARPHONES

For portable listening, the Melomania A100 wireless earphones combine compact design with HiFi-grade performance. They include LDAC and aptX Lossless support, class AB amplification, adaptive noise cancelling, ultra-low latency, and a total battery life of up to 39 hours. Tuned at Cambridge Audio’s own London venue, Melomania, the A100 is aimed at daily use both at home and on the move.

DESIGN AESTHETIC

Both products feature Maharishi’s distinctive design approach, with an olive colourway and high-visibility accents inspired by the brand’s pacifist reinterpretation of camouflage. The collaboration is intended to merge audio performance with visual identity rooted in British streetwear culture.

The launch campaign was photographed in London and features Soul II Soul’s Jazzie B alongside Maharishi founder Hardy Blechman. Both are longstanding figures in music and design, chosen to highlight the cultural influences shared by the two brands.

This capsule marks the beginning of a longer-term collaboration between Cambridge Audio and Maharishi, with future projects expected. Both brands emphasise their shared commitment to music, culture, and craftsmanship.

The Cambridge Audio Maharishi Melomania A100 earphones are available now priced at £139. The Cambridge Audio Maharishi Alva ST turntable will follow later in 2025 at £649.
